We all know someone who’s loud and wrong.
They dominate conversations. They act like experts. They project confidence without depth.
And somehow, they still get the followers, the attention, the opportunities.
It’s maddening. But here’s the truth most people won’t say out loud:
The problem isn’t that the loud and wrong exist.
The problem is that the ones who are right are still whispering.
I had this exact conversation with a friend recently.
She’s brilliant. I’m talking doctorate complete, now post-doctoral fellow at one of the most prestigious universities in the country.
And still—she holds herself back.
When I asked her why, she shrugged and said, “You know how there are people who are loud and wrong?”
I knew exactly what she meant.
But my response was this:
“Exactly. That’s why we need more people who are loud and right.”
The Audacity Gap
It’s not a knowledge gap.
It’s not a talent gap.
It’s an audacity gap.
There are thousands of brilliant, powerful, intuitive, heart-led women out here
holding back their truth.
Second-guessing.
Waiting for permission.
Meanwhile, the loud and wrong?
They’re running the show.
And the rest of the world is absorbing that noise as truth
simply because it’s what they’re seeing the most.
Do you see now why we need loud and right?
Confidence ≠ Accuracy
You already know this deep down, but let me spell it out:
Confidence doesn’t always mean correctness.
Being loud doesn’t always mean being wise.
And being quiet doesn’t make you noble—it makes you invisible.
That one might sting. I’m saying it with love, but also with urgency.
Because too many people with the real codes are still dimming.
Still filtering.
Still “waiting to be ready.”
But if you’ve done the work—
If you carry embodied wisdom—
If you know you’re here to initiate, to mirror, to activate—
Then it’s not safe to keep quiet.
It’s irresponsible.
You’re Not Too Much. You’re the Volume Truth Requires.
You weren’t meant to be digestible.
You weren’t meant to be palatable.
You were meant to be powerful.
To disrupt. To rewire. To lead.
And guess what?
That requires volume.
Not ego volume.
Not “look at me” volume.
But the kind of volume that makes people remember who they are.
The kind of volume that cuts through the static and lands like a tuning fork in the nervous system of someone who’s finally ready to rise.
That’s the frequency I’m here to hold.
And that’s the frequency I’m calling you into.
If You’re Right—Then Get Loud About It.
This isn’t about being perfect.
It’s about being aligned.
About being anchored.
About knowing what you carry is truth—and letting it be heard.
You don’t need another credential.
You don’t need to soften the edges of your power.
You don’t need to rehearse your truth 500 more times in the mirror.
You need to step up.
Turn up the dial.
And get loud and right.
Because the world doesn’t need more noise.
It needs you—unmuted.
Ready to Stop Playing Small?
Inside The Reclamation Portal, we don’t teach you how to play the game.
We initiate you into your own frequency—so you can rise as the woman you were born to be.
Decode your blueprint.
Strip away the conditioning.
And take the damn mic back.
The Portal is open.
The volume is rising.
Are you coming?
I hope so, because we need you. Until next time, own your crown, always.
-Amanda
